Disclaimer

To ensure transparency and avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request all our customers to record a proper unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This video will serve as valid proof in case the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition.

The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, the process of opening, and the product inside.
If an unboxing video is not recorded at the time of opening the parcel, our exchange policy will not be applicable under any circumstances.
Photos or videos recorded after unboxing without showing the sealed parcel will not be accepted as proof.

At our store, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we follow a strict exchange-only policy with the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange
- Products are only eligible for exchange if they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
- No exchanges will be offered for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or size issues.
Exchange Process
- If your product qualifies for exchange, you must provide the unboxing video as proof.
- Once verified, we will arrange for the exchange of the product.
Delivery Charges
- The delivery charges for returning the product for exchange will be negotiated at the time of exchange depending on the situation.
- Customers may be required to bear partial or full delivery costs.
No Refunds
- Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchange is possible if all conditions are met.
